Mukalla | April 13, 2026 | College Media The first sessions of the qualification program dedicated to outstanding students of Hadhramout University were launched yesterday, Sunday, in a qualitative step aimed at preparing young, qualified talents capable of meeting labor market demands. The program is supported by Bank of Hadhramout and Amjad Bank and implemented by Hadhramout International Community College. The program commenced with the first session of the course “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People,” delivered by Dr. Rabie bin Ali Al-Oubthani. The session focused on building leadership personality, shifting perspectives, and developing self-management skills, contributing to enhancing participants’ efficiency and professional readiness. In the same context, the second session, held virtually, featured a lecture by Dr. Adel Al-Hakimi titled “The Global Financial Sector and the Yemeni Environment.” He reviewed the features of the global financial system, highlighting the role of banks in supporting economic development, in addition to discussing key challenges and opportunities facing the financial sector in Yemen and linking them to local market needs. This program comes as part of a series of qualitative initiatives aimed at empowering youth through an integrated training program that combines theoretical knowledge with practical application, with the participation of a group of experts and specialists, enhancing students’ readiness and opening promising professional horizons.
