For Investment And Studies Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary The company is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and develop the HR function, ensuring that HR policies and procedures are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives, compliant with relevant laws and regulations, and supportive of a professional and motivating work environment. Duties and Responsibilities Plan and develop the organizational structure and workforce, and attract qualified talent for the company and its affiliated entities. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including receiving applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating with senior management to select and appoint candidates based on approved criteria. Design and implement continuous training and development programs to enhance employees’ competencies and performance. Prepare and update HR policies and procedures and ensure their compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Supervise HR administrative operations, including payroll, benefits, insurance, and attendance records. Monitor and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to employee affairs. Manage employee relations, conduct periodic performance evaluations, and handle disputes in a way that promotes a positive and stable work environment. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (postgraduate studies or professional HR certifications are preferred). Proven practical experience in human resources management. Proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Office 365, and communication tools (Teams / Zoom). Strong skills in report writing and data analysis. Excellent leadership and organizational abilities, with effective negotiation and problem-solving skills. Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
